From Manufacturing to Installation, Winwin Achieves a Complete Closed-Loop Production for its Waterjet Cutting Robot

In the field of industrial automation and intelligent equipment, true competitiveness stems not only from design capabilities but also from manufacturing strength. Leveraging the advantages of its own factory and complete manufacturing chain, Winwin independently researches, develops, manufactures, and assembles the entire process, from the precision machining of the robot’s production frame to the on-site delivery of the finished product installed in the ceiling. This truly achieves a complete closed-loop control from source to end.

As a technology-driven company with many years of manufacturing experience, Winwin deeply understands the decisive role of self-production capabilities for core components in system stability and delivery cycle. The newly released inverted waterjet cutting robot system’s core mechanical frame, robot mounting base, ceiling support structure, and integrated control cabinet are all manufactured, welded, precision machined, and surface-treated within Winwin’s own modern factory.

Frame Precision Machining: High-precision laser cutting and CNC bending processes are used to shape high-strength structural steel, ensuring the geometric accuracy and load-bearing capacity of the robot’s ceiling support.

Robot Base Assembly: On our proprietary assembly platform, the robot base and ceiling frame are pre-assembled. A laser tracker calibrates the mounting plane to ensure the robot’s motion accuracy after inversion.

Pipeline and Cable Integration: Ultra-high pressure water pipes, signal cables, and pneumatic piping are integrated into a specially designed cable chain system. Full-stroke dynamic testing is completed in-factory, eliminating the risk of interference and wear during on-site installation.

Control Cabinet Prefabrication and Commissioning: All electrical control cabinets are wired, programmed, and tested under no-load conditions in the factory, significantly shortening the on-site commissioning cycle.

“Customers see not just a robot, but a complete unit that has been pre-assembled and functionally tested in the factory,” the technical engineer added. “The ceiling support, robot body, cutting head, and pressure supply system are all produced on our own production line, which means faster after-sales response, more abundant spare parts supply, and more flexible upgrades and modifications.”

One-Stop After-Sales Support: Winwin provides unified maintenance services for all components, from the frame structure to the control system.

Currently, Winwin’s independently developed inverted waterjet cutting robot system has been widely used in automotive interior parts, engineering machinery body panels, composite material processing, and other fields, and has been successfully exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and European markets. In the future, we will continue to deepen our expertise in the waterjet cutting robot field, leveraging the core strengths of our Chinese factory to provide global customers with more efficient, reliable, and economical automated cutting solutions.
